- No need to call, WhatsApp assistance only

*Exchange Conditions:*

- Product must be in original condition, as sent
- Exclusions:
    - Used products are not eligible for exchange
    - Customer bears one-side shipping charges

*Opening Video Requirement:*

- Mandatory: Record an unboxing video from all sides to ensure smooth exchange process
